<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roll for an electrophotographic apparatus can achieve both attenuation properties of residual electric charges and toner adhesion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: In the developing roll 10, a base rubber layer 14, an intermediate layer 16, and a surface layer 18 are stacked on the outer circumference of a conductive shaft 12 in this order, wherein the surface layer 18 is formed of a resin composition including (A) a silicone graft acrylic polymer, (B) ether polyol-based modified diisocyanate, (C) an ion conductive agent, and (D) a crosslinking agent having a functional group reacting with an isocyanate group. It is preferred that the toner adhesion power be 100 nN or less and the MD-1 hardness of a roll surface be 70 degrees or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
