<p>A module structure for the efficiency of generating electricity and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the generation efficiency of a unit area by forming a collector on the bottom of a silicon substrate with a passivation layer. In a module structure for the efficiency of generating electricity and a manufacturing method thereof, a texture of having a protrusion type is formed on the top and side of the silicon substrate. An i-type amorphous silicon layer(40) and a reflection barrier layer(30) are formed on the top of the silicon substrate. A P+ layer(60) and an N+ layer(70) are formed on the bottom of the silicon substrate. A collector(80) is formed on the P+ layer and the N+ layer, and the reflection barrier layer(100) is formed between collectors.</p> |
