PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vegetable harvester capable of processing foliage and roots while harvesting crops and not scattering cut foliage and roots in the machine body. SOLUTION: The vegetable harvester includes a pulling-out and carrying device 43 for pulling out and carrying the foliage of crops O while holding the foliage of the crops O, a root-processing device 100 for removing roots of the crops O during conveyance, a pressing and carrying device 110 for pressing the crops O to the root-processing device 100, a foliage-cutting member 117 for cutting foliage of the crops O and a leaf-discharging device 118 for discharging foliage of the crops O. In the vegetable harvester, the root-processing device 100 includes endless belts 79 and 80 for conveying the crops O, root-cutting members 91 and 92 for cutting roots of the crops O provided in winding areas of the endless belts 79 and 80, a drawing rotators 93 and 93 for drawing roots of the crops O into the lower parts of the root-cutting members 91 and 92, and supporting members 67 and 67 for preventing entrance of roots of the cut crops O into winding areas of the endless belts 79 and 80 and supporting the root-processing device 100.
