An apparatus for extracting oil deposited in coastal area is provided to scrap the oil which is deposited in the coastal area after extracting the oil, and to improve extraction efficiency of the oil which is spread on the area. An apparatus(100) for extracting oil deposited in coastal area includes a main pipe extraction pipe(110a), a plurality of sub extraction pipes(110b), and an oil tank(120). The main extraction pipe extracts oil absorbed on a translucent membrane having high pressure after covering the translucent membrane in which a plurality of through-holes are formed on a hollow pipe. The hollow pipe is laid under a foreshore layer to a traverse direction, and one side of the hollow pipe is closed. The sub extraction pipe is connected to the main extraction pipe. The sub extraction pipe collects the oil extracted to the main pipe. The oil tank is connected to one side opened of the main extraction pipe, and stores the extracted oil from an oil contaminated layer. |
