<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a process for hiding a document only if the installation location of an image forming apparatus is not near the sending source of data. <P>SOLUTION: The CPU 101 of an information processor 100 obtains related information related to the installation location of the image forming apparatus 1 that is the sending destination of document data, and judges whether the installation location of the image forming apparatus 1 is near its own device.
