<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the thermal stability of a composition containing a soluble coenzyme-binding glucose dehydrogenase (GDH). <P>SOLUTION: The thermal stability of a composition containing a soluble coenzyme-binding glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) can be improved by the addition of a dicarboxylic acid or a salt compound to improve the determination accuracy of a glucose determination reagent. High-level thermal stability to enable the thermal drying of the composition can be attained by holding the composition at an acidic-side pH to enable the improvement in the storage stability and the determination accuracy of a glucose determination reagent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
