PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor which reduces harmonic components of a plurality of orders of vibrations. SOLUTION: For example, a rotor 1 has rotor cores 1a-1c coupled to each other in the direction of a rotating axis Z. The rotor cores 1a-1c have the same constitution. The rotor core 1a has side surfaces parallel to the rotating axis Z, and has field magnets forming a plurality of different magnetic pole surfaces from each other in the side surfaces each of which is a pair of magnetic pole surfaces, and further, has a uniform constitution in the direction of the rotating axis Z. Moreover, the rotor cores 1a, 1b form a skew angleθ1 in the peripheral direction of the rotating axis Z, and the rotor cores 1b, 1c form a skew angleθ2. The skew angleθis determined by 360/(2pn) (p: the number of pairs of magnetic poles, n: an integer larger than one) to reduce the harmonic components of vibration of the rotor 1.
