PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery protection circuit and a battery device, capable of reduction in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: Before all terminals of the battery protection circuit 30 are respectively connected to batteries BAT1 to BAT4, a logic circuit 31 is reset by the operation of a parastic bipolar transistor 33 by P wells 32a and 33b according to an order of the above connection even if the logic circuit 31 is erroneously operated due to the operation of a parastic bipolar transistor 32 by the P wells 32a to 32b, so that a charge/discharge path of the batteries BAT1 to BAT4 are prevented from shutting down according to the order of the connection.
