A one touch type plastic bottle is provided to control the discharge velocity and rate of liquid according to the intention of user by using a nozzle cap and a valve packing. A one touch type plastic bottle is composed of a discharge unit(19), an annular opening(19d), a valve rod(15) supported to a guide lane of an upper part(11) of the bottle and a spline(17), a valve packing(18) made of rubber material or EVA material and soft synthetic resin material, an annular control unit of a nozzle cap which controls an annular inclined unit of the valve packing with compression to the lower direction, a wrinkle expansion unit(14), and an elastic handle(13) installed at the outer rim of the wrinkle expansion unit.
