PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance accuracy of report of a report apparatus, and to improve stability. SOLUTION: Input and output of a sensor connected to the outside is detected, and various kinds of monitor states are informed by mail to a first report destination registered beforehand. Whether an error mail is present in a receive mail box is determined. When there is an error message or when it falls under a report destination list, a mail to the second report destination is created. A report mail to be transmitted to the first report destination and the error mail are transmitted.
