PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for precisely extracting a dot section from line drawing without bending a drawing line. SOLUTION: A borderline BL is specified on a drawing line DL for forming a specific closed region. Then, a drawing region outside the borderline BL is expanded so that the drawing line DL can be extended to the outside (first deformation). Then, a non-drawing region inside the borderline BL is expanded (second deformation). Thus, it is possible to remove a small dot ST inside the borderline BL. Furthermore, the non-drawing region inside the borderline BL is reduced so that the drawing line DL can be returned to the inside (third deformation). The inside section of the borderline BL of the drawing line DL after the third deformation and the outside section of the borderline of the drawing line DL before the first deformation are combined to restore the drawing line DL.
