The first camera(106) captures the image of the first reader. A controller discriminates the part set on the first reader based on the image captured by the first camera. The controller determines whether the read part is matched with the input part. A document reader(107) reads a certificate of the user. A face camera(108) captures a face image of the user. The controller combines the face image included in the read certificate read by the document reader and the face image captured by the face camera.
