PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet conveyance device with a simple structure capable of achieving downsizing while improving positioning accuracy by reducing vibrations during conveyance. SOLUTION: This conveyance device T is provided with a pair of sending mechanisms 1A, 1B for sending a pallet with engagement holes on the lower face in a conveyance direction. The respective sending mechanisms 1A, 1B are provided with movable tables 11, conveyance driving mechanisms 20A, 20B reciprocating the movable tables 11 along a conveyance passage, supporting stands 10A, 10B fixed on the movable tables 11 and arranged at the downward position of the pallet along the conveyance passage, engagement pins 3 protruded upwards from the supporting stands 10 so as to be inserted in the engagement holes of the pallet P, and vertical direction driving mechanisms 30A, 30B for moving the engagement pins 3 vertically. The respective movable tables 11 of the sending mechanisms 1A, 1B are arranged coaxially in a direction along the conveyance passage, and provided with a prescribed interval so as not to be contacted with each other in an advancing/retracting moving direction.
