PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the effect on the design of an entire house, an indoor design, and an indoor comfortableness when a sloped ceiling is adopted. SOLUTION: An angle tie member 1 comprises a triangular flat plate part 2 and a first side contact part 3 and a second side contact part 4 vertically installed on the rear surface of the flat plate part. A first loading part 5 and a second loading part 6 are formed on the flat plate part 2 along the orthogonal edge parts 11, 12 of two sides thereof. The first loading part 5 is placed on the upper surface of a pole plate 8 serving as a first horizontal member, and a screw 10 is inserted into a screw hole 7 formed in the loading part, and screwed into the pole plate 8. The second loading part 6 is placed on the upper surface of a beam 9 serving as a second horizontal member joined at right angle to a pole plate 2, and the screw 10 is inserted into a screw hole 7 formed in the loading part and screwed into a beam 9.
