An optical fiber cable filled with foams is provided to prevent the intrusion of moisture into the inside of an optical cable by filling the inside of an optical cable with foams of resin. At least one buffer tube(20) surrounds at least one optical fiber unit(10), and an external cover(40) surrounds the outside of a buffer tube. Foams(30) is filled between at least one optical fiber unit and the buffer tube, and are formed by foaming the resin mixed with waterproof powders.
