<p>A control station registration method of a base station in a communications system capable of registering a control station is provided to connect the base station and the control station automatically and reduce the overhead of the system manager by automatically performing a registration procedure of the control station. A base station(400) transmits a first message for the control station selection to one or more control station(401). A second message in which the control station loading rate information is included is received from one or more control station among control stations(420, 440, 460) receiving the first message. One control station is selected in consideration of the loading rate information. The base station performs the registration procedure of the selected control station. The control station loading rate information is determined by the combination of the values clarified in the first field, the second field, the third field and fourth field.</p> |
