A partitioning window driving unit for a vehicle is provided to contribute to commercialization by reducing the manufacturing cost and simplifying the structure. A partitioning window driving unit for a vehicle comprises a casing(6), a motor(7), a worm gear(9), a worm wheel(11), a top and a bottom spur gear(12a,12b), a wire winding roll(13), a second driven shaft(14), a solenoid valve, a connection gear(17), a wire(20) and a switch. The casing is installed inside a door. The motor is installed in one side of the casing. The worm gear is fixed on a driving shaft(8) of the motor. The worm wheel is prepared in a first driven shaft(10), installed at the casing inside, in order to go in gear with the worm gear. The top and a bottom spur gear are the top of the worm wheel and fixed to the first driven shaft. The wire winding roll is formed between the spur gears. The second driven shaft is installed at the casing inside. The solenoid valve is installed between the first driven shaft and the second driven shaft. The switch selectively opens and closes the window and a secondary window.
