SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention refers to an additive for the elaboration of ecological permeable concretes with high compression, bending and abrasion resistance, that allows the filtration of the water towards the subsoil, that can be mixed with any type of cement, water and any hard aggregate to give as a result a concrete of great resistance, and long durability made with dispersing agents, connection agents, wetting agents, hydroxypropylethyl cellulose or hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose and highly reactive silica aluminates, and optionally surfactant agents, water, bactericidal agents, and antifoaming agents.
