A PREPARING METHOD OF THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHANE(TPU) COMPOSITE FOR INCREASING BONDING STRENGTH OF TPU FILM

A composition for a thermoplastic polyurethane film, and its preparation method are provided to improve adhesive force remarkably without the deterioration of the elasticity of polyurethane and to prevent the generation of pin holes in case of making a thin thermoplastic polyurethane film. A method for preparing a composition for a thermoplastic polyurethane film comprises the steps of mixing 1~3 parts by weight of silica and 10~30 parts by weight of a polar polymer to 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane, melting the mixture in a twin screw extruder, and making the molten one into a pellet; and mixing 90 parts by weight of a thermoplastic polyurethane base and the prepared modified master batch, melting the mixture in a twin screw extruder, and making the molten one into a pellet.
