A drying method of clay board using a drying plate is provided to dry a clay board without twisting in a short time at a room temperature of 30 - 70°C by controlling the temperature. A drying method of clay board using a drying plate comprises the steps of: making the top plate; making the upper center plate; making the lower center plate; making a board; and making tongs; layering the lower center plate on the board, layering a mixture mixed with fiber, clay, and water on the lower center plate, layering a paper on the mixture, and layering the upper center plate; putting a mixture stacked in order in a pressurizing unit and applying pressure; removing the upper center plate on the mixture, layering the top plate to fit the frame of the board, fixing the top plate and board together by using a tong, and drying the board to maintain a level.
