An oil leakage prevention device is provided to prevent the oil leakage by hermetically sealing a damaged part using the power of a hydraulic cylinder after inserting the hydraulic cylinder into a ship body. An oil leakage prevention device comprises a magnet unit(105), a cylinder unit(115), a gate(150) and a backup shaft(130). A path corresponding to the damaged part is formed in the central part of the magnet unit. The magnet unit comprises a magnet. The Path adheres closely to the damaged part of a hull(100). The cylinder unit passes through the path and the damaged part to be inserted into the hull. The cylinder unit moves a first and a second rod back and forth. The gate is hinge-coupled with the first rod. The gate closes the path of the magnet unit. A fixed shaft is hinge-coupled at the second rod of a first engaging member(135).
