An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) antenna for a tag and a reader using cement composite is provided to obtain an excellent mechanical property and chemical resistance by using cement composite as an antenna composite. An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system has a mechanical property having high intensity, tenacity and hardness. Cement composite is used as the composite of a ceramic antenna for a tag and a reader of the RFID system. In order to manage the history of an architecture, a tunnel, a bridge and so on, aluminate cement is used. Silver, copper and aluminum materials are coated on the cement composite.
