A keeping cool vehicle using ice storage material is provided to maintain the freshness of articles loaded in a low temperature storage room by supplying cool air to the low temperature storage room although an automotive engine stops. A keeping cool vehicle using ice storage material comprises a partition panel(20), a flow path formation panel(24), and an ice storage module(30) and a cooling system(50). The partition panel partitions the internal space of a container part into a low temperature storage room(26) and a refrigerating room(27). The partition panel comprises an inlet and an opening(29). The flow path formation panel is extended from the partition panel. The flow path formation panel guides the air discharged through the opening along the ceiling of the low temperature storage room. The flow path formation panel comprises a cool air guiding channel(28) and a ceiling outlet. The ceiling outlet discharges air flowing according to the cool air guiding channel to the low temperature storage room. The ice storage module stores the ice storage material emitting cold in cooling. The cooling system is connected to the ice storage module in order to cool the ice storage material.
