Plant and procedure for working mass for shaped articles, particularly in civil engineering, consists of a balance (6) for preparation of a binder and a balance (8) for weighing components of the mass, then of planetary mixers " homogenizers (7), (9) and (12), a device (11) for adding chalk (5), a device (14) for profiling pastry mass (13), a device (16) for cutting and a device (17) for packing the cut mass (15), all of which are connected by transporters (18) and (10). Production of the mass starts with preparation of the binder which consists of a plasticizer (1) which can be: di (2-ethylhexyl) phtalate, dibutyl phtalate, butyl benzyl phtalate, di-isononyl phtalate, di-isodecyl phtalate and di-n-octyl phtalate and PVC powder (2) of best granulation with less than 100 μm, and thereupon carried out is weighting the components in the following ratio: 10-30 mass %, binders (3), 20-65 mass % PVC powder (2) and 0-0.05 mass % of pigments (4). Upon this mixing and homogenization of the mass, 0-69 mass % of chalk (5) are added in three times, and thereupon the final homogenization within 20 to 30 minutes is carried out, whereby pastry mass (13) comes out of the mixer homogenizer (12).
