A backflow preventing device is provided to reduce floating noise while securing normal flow speed of liquid, and to minimize generation of bubbles in movement of the liquid efficiently. A backflow preventing device(100) includes a body(110), a sleeve(120), and a valve(130). Both ends of the body is opened, and an edge part(111) extended to an inner side is formed on the body. The sleeve is inserted into the body, and a flow path(121) is formed on the sleeve. The valve includes a frame part(131), an opening and closing plate(132), and a hinge part(133). The frame part is fixed and inserted into one ends of the edge part and the sleeve. The opening and closing plate is arranged on an inner side of the frame part. The hinge part connects the frame part and the opening and closing plate.
