A readout circuit of a radiation monitor is provided to prevent an impulse response signal around a second opinion amplitude part by delaying the time using a time delay counting circuit. A readout circuit of a radiation monitor comprises a first comparator(10), a second comparator(20), a first NOT gate(30), a second NOT gate(40), and a time delay counting circuit(50). The first comparator comprises a first signal input terminal(11), a first comparison voltage shift(12), and a first output node(13). The first output node generates the signal of low level, if the voltage of the first signal input terminal exceeds the reference voltage of the first comparison voltage shift. The second comparator comprises a second signal input terminal(21), a second comparison voltage shift(22), and a second output terminal(23). The time delay counting circuit counts the case that the signal outputted from the first and the second NOT gate is the high level, after delaying the signal outputted for fixed hours.
