A conductive laminated film, a polarizer made by laminating the films on a polarizing film, and a touch panel having the polarizer are provided to produce the touch panel having little change of resistance, and phase difference. A conductive laminated film includes the followings: a cyclic olefin-based polymer which is gained by polymerizing monomers including one or more compound; a film having a 1/4 wave plate function with phase difference of 128 ~ 148 nm; a particle containing resin layer; and a transparent conductive layer in which tin oxide and indium tin oxide having a weight ratio of 95:5 ~ 99:1 are included. R1 ~ R4 represents a monovalent organic group capable of containing independently hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, oxygen, sulfur or silicon. The R1 ~ R4 forms an alkylidene group by combining components respectively.
