A transformant of white rot fungi having improved biodegradability of endocrinal disorder is provided to improve the laccase activity and reduce the estrogen activation. A recombinant vector pBARPTLAC comprises laccase expression gene of Phlebia tremellosa. The laccase expression gene of Phlebia tremellosa binds with a pBARGPE1 vector. A method for manufacturing transformed Irpex lacteus comprises: a step of producing a recombinant vector, pBARPTLAC containing the laccase expression gene of Phlebia tremellosa; and a step of inducing the recombinant vector, pBARPTLAC to produce transformant.
