METHOD FOR MASS CULTURE OF MUSHROOM MYCELIA WITH ALCOHOL DEHYDROGENASE ACTIVITY AND FRAGMENTATION OF MYCELIA

A method for massively culturing mycelia which has alcohol hydrogenase activity is provided to shorten alcohol production time and increase fermentation efficiency. A method for massively culturing mycelia which has alcohol dehydrogenase activity and is isolated from a mushroom comprises: a process of plate-culturing the mycelia; a process of shaking the mycelia; a process of preculturing the mycelia; a step of culturing the mycelia; a step of filtering with sieve; and a step of crushing with an ultrasonicator under the condition of AM 30-50% and En 0.6-0.7KJ for one to two seconds.
