An inhalation pressure removal backflow preventing apparatus for internal combustion engine is provided to induce backflow air into the combustion chamber rapidly by forming a backflow path between the fixed pipe and the secondary intake pipe. An inhalation pressure removal backflow preventing apparatus for internal combustion engine includes a secondary intake pipe and a fixed pipe(110) of venturi type. The secondary intake pipe is fixed inside an intake pipe structure(1) making air flow in the internal combustion engine. The secondary intake pipe has a flange(102) and a plurality of fastening holes. The fixed pipe is installed inside the secondary intake pipe so that a backflow air path(120) is formed between the fixed pipe and the secondary pipe. Backflow air flowing through the backflow air path moves to the inside of the fixed pipe through flow holes of the fixed pipe, and then flows into the combustion chamber of the engine together with exterior air to be burned completely.
