A modular jack manufacturing method and a modular jack manufactured by the method for connecting a wire pin which is plated through gold are provided to reduce the manufacturing cost of the modular jack by plating a top section of the wire which is connecting with the modular plug. A wire(200) is to the fixed length the cut. The cut wire is fixed on the splice. An electric wire(300) is connected to the other end part of the wire. The connection unit of the wire is fixed. The end part of the wire which is connected with the modular plug is plated by gold. The wire in which the wire is connected' is cut and it is separated from splice. The wire separated from splice is inserted into the modular jack. |
