A method for manufacturing human-friendly yarn and the yarn manufactured thereby are provided to prevent rejection of the skin by providing harmless yarn made of environment-friendly materials. A method for manufacturing human-friendly yarn includes the following steps of: reforming PLA(POLYLACTIC ACID); extruding the reformed PLA with a melted state; spinning the extruded PLA through a nozzle die(4); drawing the spun PLA yarn in temperature of 60‹C~80‹C; drafting the PLA yarn with a heating roller(6) in the temperature of 70‹C~90‹C; and annealing the yarn in the temperature of 140‹C~160‹C. |
