NYLON YARN, TWO-WAY KNITTED FARBRIC COMPRISING THE NYLON YARN AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

Nylon yarn, two-way knitted fabric comprising the nylon yarn and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve dyeabiltiy and heat resistance of the nylon yarn with low manufacturing cost. A manufacturing method of nylon yarn includes a step for producing coating liquid by dissolving a thermal resistance improver in water or spinning liquid for the nylon yarn, and a step for applying coating liquid on the surface of the nylon yarn. The thermal resistance improver includes one or more selected from an amide radical molecular in a molecular chain, an amino radical, and a phosphorous atom. The thermal resistance improver is a compound having the amide radial and a benzene ring in the molecular chain. The content of the thermal resistance improver in the coating liquid is 0.05~5 weight%.
