<p>A crucible holding support member and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to change the rigidity of the periphery direction according to the usage by changing the angle of inclination of the strand aligned from diagonally. A mesh body(20) is formed by weaving a plurality of strands(22) including the carbon fiber. The mesh body has the cylindrical shape part(20A) and a bowl shape bottom(20B). The matrix is filled in a gap between the carbon fibers. The mesh body has the first strand(22A), the secondary strand(22B) and the longitudinal direction strand(22C) of 3 shaft structure. The plurality of longitudinal direction strands is aligned within the same side as the central axis of the mesh body. The plurality of first strands is aligned to the first direction about the central axis to the first angle. The plurality of secondary strands is aligned to backward about the central axis to the same second angle as the first angle.</p> |
