A postal matter delivery method using an electronic mail reducing the delivery time is provided to send a paper post without going to a post office or other public places. A user selects the mail write menu(S212). A postal matter delivery menu is selected user(S214). An electronic mail server indicates the receiver information input window(S218). The user inputs the information of recipient to the receiver information input window(S220). The user selects the attach file and the contents of a letter is uploaded(S222).
