A small hatch for a ship is provided to solve oxide erosion problem due to rainwater or seawater efficiently and reduce the weight of the ship. A small hatch for a ship comprises a coaming(110), a cover(140), a handle shaft(160), a handle(170,170'), and a locking member(180). The coaming is installed on the deck. The cover is hinge-coupled on the coaming and opens and closes the upper opening of the coaming. The handle shaft is installed at the cover to be rotated. The handle is formed in order to rotate the handle shaft. The locking member rotates in the rotation of the handle shaft. The locking member selectively hangs on a plurality of holders installed and fixed at the inner circumference of the coaming.
