A soy sauce with groundsel and freshwater snail, and a recipe thereof are provided to improve the taste, flavor, and nutirition of the soy sauce by seasoning the groundsel and freshwater snail with the soy sauce. A recipe for soy sauce seasoning with the groundsel and freshwater snail comprise the next steps. A kind of groundsel is washed, the moisture is removed(S110), and parboils in the boiling water(S120). The parboiled groundsel is completely dried in the sun(S130). The dried groundsel is pulverized in a fixed size(S140). The freshwater snail is washed and the shell of freshwater snail separates using steam(S210). The freshwater snail flesh is parboiled in the boiling water(S220). The freshwater snail flesh parboiled is segmented into a fixed thickness and the salt water is covered on the freshwater snail. The moisture is removed in the sun. The kind of groundsel and the pre-processed freshwater snail are mixed with soy sauce in a fixed rate(S300). The mixed soy sauce is seasoned(S500). The first seasoned soy sauce is put into a jar. The bay salt is covered on the top-most side and the jar is covered.
