A pneumatic cell used in a runflat tire, the runflat tire using the same, a wheel, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure safe driving by including an air hole only allowing the air to be inputted in a plurality of pneumatic cells. A pneumatic cell used in a runflat tire(120) includes a volume, an air pressure receiving space(122), and at least one directional air hole. The volume is formed to be suitable for the inner space of the tire. The air pressure receiving space is formed in the volume. One directional air hole or more allow the air to be inputted from the outside to the inside. One directional air hole or more prevent the air from being outputted from the inside to the outside. The air pressure receiving space has a shape keeping ability under the predetermined condition.
