The wall (3) has female hooking units (31) i.e. orifices, for hooking a modular caisson (1) on the wall, where the caisson has male hooking units i.e. pins, for hooking caisson on the wall. The female hooking units are complementary to the male hooking units and arranged based on a determined geometry, where the female hooking units are separated to define a determined step (D) between the female hooking units. The male hooking units are arranged based on geometry complementary to the determined geometry and separated to define multiple steps between the male hooking units. An independent claim is also included for a furniture comprising a modular caisson.
