A coated insert molding film of high hardness for preventing reflection, which has one or more component selected among ITO, IZO and ATO for a first coating film and one more component selected among SiO2, SiAl-oxidant, and SiO compound for a second coating film is provided. An insert molding lamination film comprises: a film layer (3); a pattern printing layer (4) formed at the bottom surface of film layer; a primer layer (5) formed at the pattern printing layer bottom surface; and a glue layer (6) formed at the primer layer bottom surface.
