A laminated plate for construction material and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to maintain antibiotic and deodorizing functions of yellow soil or Muscovitum forming an upper plate as thermal process of the high temperature is unnecessary when integrating the upper plate on a lower plate. A manufacturing method of a laminated plate for construction material comprises following steps. A plate is firstly coated with first paste for manufacturing an upper plate(2) and a mesh(M) is put on the plate. The mesh is secondly coated with the first paste and a conductive sheet(S) is put on the mesh. The conductive sheet is firstly coated with second paste and a mesh is put on conductive sheet. The mesh is secondly coated with the second paste and is dried below 84‹C. The first paste is manufactured by putting solid in water.
