A terminal inspecting device performing inspection in a state that does not a terminal in the product is provided to perform more correct inspection by preventing the elastic deformation of the terminal by a contacting unit. A fixing hole(11) is equipped in a fixing unit(10). The fixing hole is composed of a terminal groove and a fixing projection. The fixing hole is installed in a bed. An inspecting unit(30) is comprised of a main body and a fixing bar. A control unit is extruded from the main body. The control unit drops the bed and controls in order not to be elastically transformed by the terminal.
