<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processing device capable of reflecting an actual situation of a common user and optimally adjusting an environment of a user utilization space. <P>SOLUTION: In the user utilization space, an environment adjusting device 200 adjusting a space environment is installed and the common user freely comes and goes. A user extracting part 110 extracts user image data UVD from space image data imaging the user utilization space by a space imaging device 300. A situation determining part 120 determines at least a clothed situation of the common user from the extracted user image data UVD to produce user situation data USD. An environment adjusting part 130 outputs movement control data MCD to the environment adjusting device 200 in correspondence to the produced user situation data USD.
