DIALOGUE MANAGEMENT DEVICE, METHOD, AND PROGRAM, AND CONSCIOUSNESS EXTRACTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract original consciousness of the user while smoothly developing dialogue between a user and a system, and giving the user a feeling of security and a sense of trust in the dialogue.

SOLUTION: This dialogue management device includes: a dialogue scenario database; a scenario selection means for selecting an dialogue scenario regarding requested information from the dialogue scenario database; a response generation means for creating a response sentence to the requested information based on the selected dialogue scenario to give the response sentence to a user terminal; an action determination means for receiving an attribute and an attribute value to the attribute as a reply sentence analysis result from a reply sentence analysis means for analyzing a user reply sentence to the response sentence, and retrieving one or more dialogue scenarios satisfying a response condition from the dialogue scenario database to determine the next action according to each dialogue scenario; and an dialogue control means for controlling the dialogue with the user according to the determined next action.
