<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card connector in which an identifying switch works surely and which identifies between a card and an adaptor for the card and in which an existence of the identifying switch does not affect an alignment of terminals and a structure is simple and a whole size is miniaturized. <P>SOLUTION: The card connector includes an identifying switch which is composed of a first contact point member and a second contact point member arranged in an innermost portion in an insertion direction in a housing and identifies between a card adaptor and a second card. The card adaptor includes a front projection extending out forward from a front end, and the first contact point member, when it abuts with the front projection of the card adaptor, is shifted to a thickness direction of the card adaptor and contacts with the second contact point member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
