PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a supporting stand for a container for transporting and storing a liquid so that stability of the container is improved and the empty tare weight is decreased. SOLUTION: The container 1 for transporting and storing includes an inside container 2 made of a synthetic resin, an outer wall 14 made of a metal lattice or a thin plate, and a supporting stand 17 formed as a skid pallet 18 and for supporting the inside container 2. A bottom plate 21 of the supporting stand 17 is manufactured as an injection-molded article made of a synthetic resin, and includes vertical webs and horizontal webs for placing the inside container 2 and reinforcing the bottom plate 21.
