PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable electromagnetic shielding adhesive film which is an electromagnetic shielding adhesive film for a flexible printed wiring board, has ample electromagnetic shielding properties and thermal resistance which can endure high temperature, at lead free solder reflow, after pasting the film on the flexible printed wiring board, and the conductivity will not be reduced, while being superior in flex resistance than the conventional types, even if the film is subject under high temperature and high humidity (especially, even if the film undergoes pressure cooker test), and to provide a method for producing the film. SOLUTION: The curable electromagnetic shielding adhesive film has a curable conductive polyurethane-polyurea adhesive layer (I), which contains a polyurethane-polyurea resin (A), an epoxy resin (B), and specific weight of a conductive filler; and a curable insulating polyurethane-polyurea resin composition layer (II), which contains a polyurethane-polyurea resin (C) and an epoxy resin (D).
