PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring pattern that is suppressed in variation in resistance value resulting from a difference in the length of a wiring patter body by utilizing a slit capable of transmitting light. SOLUTION: In at least part of a plurality of wiring pattern bodies LP1, a slit S is formed, which is capable of transmitting light and sets the variation in the resistance value between each wiring pattern body LP1 into a predetermined range. Even if the length of the wiring pattern body LP1 differs from the other, it is possible to suppress the variation in the resistance value resulting in the difference in the length of the wiring pattern body LP1 by utilizing the slit S capable of transmitting light.
