摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool a cooling fluid in an ebullient cooling device equipped with heat exchange parts sequentially supplied with the cooling fluid. SOLUTION: The ebullient cooling device 10 is equipped with the heat exchange part 12 partitioning a cooling fluid passage 15 carrying the cooling fluid, and a refrigerant passage 16 carrying a liquid refrigerant cooling the cooling fluid by a bulkhead 17. A part of the liquid refrigerant cooling the cooling fluid is discharged from the heat exchange part 12 in a boiled state, and supplied again to the refrigerant passage 16 to be used in circulation after it is liquefied by a refrigerant liquefying part. The refrigerant passage 16 is formed so that a portion corresponding to a refrigerant outlet of the heat exchange part 12 has a cross sectional area wider than a portion corresponding to a refrigerant inlet of the heat exchange part 12, and a cross sectional area of a middle part has a cross sectional area the same or larger than a cross sectional area of the portion corresponding to the refrigerant inlet.
