PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and efficiently incorporate an instrument panel into a cabin. SOLUTION: A mounting device 10 is provided with: an assist machine 18 provided with an instrument panel holding means 78 for holding the instrument panel 24 and having an assist function to carry the instrument panel 24 and hold weight of the instrument panel 24; and working robots 20 and 22 provided with connection means 80 attachably/detachably connected to the instrument panel holding means 78, and arranging the instrument panel 24 in the cabin 14a and fastening the instrument panel 24 with screws by operating the instrument panel holding means 78.
